NEWSFLASH! Queensland Swimming Pool Safety Legislation: From 1st December 2010 a person will be unable to sell or lease their property until the pool safety barrier (fencing) has been inspected and a compliance certificate issued.  These certificates must be issued by a licensed pool safety inspector.  Please contact Karyn at our office if you’d like an Information Sheet on these new laws.

2 – Market Report – this is produced quarterly throughout the year and is a snapshot of the market and what’s going on in the local area.

NOW IN MITCHELL!  We are pleased to announce we are branching out to Mitchell, Queensland.  While not exactly close to our current area (it’s 7 hours away!), this is an area that seems to need our services…  And we have several rental properties on our books now in this area.
